    Terms of Service

    Physio Cure Medical Center - FZCO

    1. Introduction

    These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Patient", "you", "your") and Physio Cure Medical Center - FZCO ("Clinic", "we", "our", "us"), a Free Zone Company established under the laws of Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority, United Arab Emirates.

    By accessing our website (physiocuredubai.com), using our patient portal Physio Cure Connect (connect.physiocuredubai.com), or receiving any of our physiotherapy services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

    2. Definitions

    • "Clinic" — Physio Cure Medical Center - FZCO, located at Office 1510, SIT Tower, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE
    • "Services" — All physiotherapy, rehabilitation, assessment, and related healthcare services provided by the Clinic
    • "Patient" — Any individual who receives, has received, or is seeking to receive Services from the Clinic
    • "Portal" — Physio Cure Connect, the Clinic's online patient management platform at connect.physiocuredubai.com
    • "Website" — The Clinic's public website at physiocuredubai.com
    • "Session" — A single physiotherapy treatment appointment
    • "Package" — A pre-purchased bundle of Sessions at discounted rates

    3. Eligibility & Acceptance

    • You must be at least 18 years of age to enter into these Terms. Patients under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on their behalf.
    • By booking an appointment, purchasing a Package, creating a Portal account, or receiving Services, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms.
    • If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you should not use our Services.

    4. Services Provided

    Physio Cure Dubai provides the following healthcare services:

    • Physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for musculoskeletal, neurological, pediatric, sports-related, and chronic pain conditions
    • Post-surgical rehabilitation and recovery programs
    • Manual therapy, dry needling, electrotherapy, cupping therapy, and other evidence-based interventions
    • Personalized treatment plans developed by licensed physiotherapists
    • Free initial consultations (30 minutes) for new patients

    Important:

    • Our Services are not emergency medical services. In case of a medical emergency, call 998 (UAE Emergency) or go to the nearest emergency department.
    • Our physiotherapists reserve the right to refuse, discontinue, or modify treatment based on clinical judgement and patient safety.
    • Treatment outcomes vary between individuals. We do not guarantee specific results.

    5. Appointments & Cancellations

    5.1 Booking

    Appointments may be booked through the Website, Portal, telephone (+971 50 301 3005), or WhatsApp. Booking confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp and/or email.

    5.2 Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled appointment time
    • Cancellations made with less than 6 hours' notice will result in the Session being deducted from your active Package
    • For individual session purchases, late cancellations are non-refundable

    5.3 No-Show Policy

    Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior confirmed cancellation or rescheduling will result in one Session being automatically deducted from your active Package.

    5.4 Rescheduling

    You may reschedule your appointment at no additional cost provided you do so at least 6 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling is subject to therapist availability.

    6. Fees & Payments

    6.1 Session Pricing

    Our standard session rates are as follows:

    • Physiotherapy Session: AED 350 per session
    • Lymphatic Drainage Session: AED 350 per session
    • ANF (Amino Neuro Frequency) Session: AED 450 per session

    6.2 Volume Discounts

    Discounts are available exclusively for Physiotherapy sessions when purchasing packages of 5 or more sessions. Volume discounts do not apply to ANF or Lymphatic Drainage sessions. Discount rates are determined at the time of purchase and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Current discount tiers are available on our Website through the Price Calculator.

    6.2 Payment Methods

    All payments must be made in advance of treatment. We accept cash, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfers, and online payments through our secure payment gateway. All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and inclusive of any applicable taxes.

    6.3 Tabby — Buy Now, Pay Later

    We offer installment payment plans through Tabby. Use of Tabby is subject to Tabby's own terms and conditions and credit approval.

    6.4 Insurance — Pay & Claim Model

    The Clinic operates on a Pay & Claim basis. Patients pay for Services directly and receive detailed invoices and medical reports to submit to their insurance provider for reimbursement. This model ensures our doctors maintain full clinical freedom to design treatment plans based solely on clinical need.

    6.5 Loyalty Program Discounts

    We offer discounts to holders of valid Fazaa, Alsaada, GEMS Rewards, and Homat Al Watan cards. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.

    6.6 Refund Policy

    • Standard-rate sessions/packages (AED 350/session) are refundable if cancelled for a reasonable cause
    • Discounted or promotional packages are non-refundable
    • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to wecare@physiocuredubai.com

    7. Session Packages

    • All Session Packages expire 180 days (approximately 6 months) from the date of purchase
    • Sessions cannot be transferred to another individual
    • Package pricing reflects a commitment to completing the full treatment programme
    • Expired, unused sessions are forfeited and non-refundable
    • In exceptional medical circumstances, the Clinic may consider Package extensions at its sole discretion

    8. Free Consultation

    • The initial 30-minute consultation is provided free of charge with no obligation
    • Includes a clinical assessment, condition explanation, and recommended treatment plan
    • Does not include active treatment or therapeutic intervention
    • One free consultation per patient per condition

    9. Patient Portal — Physio Cure Connect

    • The Portal is provided for appointment management, progress tracking, session package purchases, and access to treatment records
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Portal login credentials
    • You must provide accurate, current information in your Portal account
    • You agree not to share your account access with any third party
    • The Clinic reserves the right to suspend or terminate Portal access for violation of these Terms

    10. Patient Responsibilities

    • Provide complete and accurate medical history, current medications, and relevant health information
    • Inform your physiotherapist immediately of any changes in your condition or adverse reactions
    • Follow the prescribed treatment plan, including home exercises and lifestyle recommendations
    • Attend scheduled appointments or cancel/reschedule per our policy
    • Behave respectfully toward all Clinic staff and other patients
    • Inform us of any insurance requirements prior to commencing treatment

    11. Clinical Standards & Compliance

    • The Clinic is licensed by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) — License No. 5411940
    • All physiotherapists are licensed healthcare professionals registered with the DHA
    • We follow evidence-based practice guidelines and internationally recognised treatment protocols
    • Written informed consent is obtained prior to commencing any treatment programme
    • We adhere to UAE Federal Law No. (4) of 2016 concerning Medical Liability
    • All treatments are conducted under the supervision of the Medical Director

    12. Intellectual Property

    • All content on the Website and Portal is the property of Physio Cure Medical Center - FZCO or its licensors
    • The brand name "Physio Cure Dubai", the tagline "Heal. Move. Win.™", and associated logos are trademarks of the Clinic
    • You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without prior written consent
    • Blog articles and health content are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice

    13. Limitation of Liability

    • The Clinic's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Services giving rise to the claim
    • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
    • We do not guarantee specific treatment outcomes
    • We are not liable for any loss resulting from website or portal unavailability
    • Our liability is subject to UAE law and professional indemnity coverage

    14. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Clinic from any claims arising from:

    • Your breach of these Terms
    • Your provision of inaccurate or incomplete medical information
    • Your unauthorised use of the Portal or Website
    • Any third-party claims arising from your use of our Services

    15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

    • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates
    • Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE
    • For matters within DSOA jurisdiction, the applicable free zone regulations shall apply

    16. Dispute Resolution

    1. Informal Resolution: Contact us at wecare@physiocuredubai.com to resolve concerns directly
    2. DHA Complaint Process: File a complaint with the Dubai Health Authority through their official channels
    3. Mediation: The parties agree to attempt mediation through a mutually agreed mediator in Dubai
    4. Litigation: If all else fails, disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Dubai

    17. Force Majeure

    The Clinic shall not be liable for failure to perform any obligation due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, civil unrest, utility failures, cyberattacks, or acts of God.

    18. Severability

    If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary.

    19. Entire Agreement

    These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any consent forms signed during treatment, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Clinic.
